If your parcel arrives with damage, incorrect items, or missing items, you will receive 100% support through free replacement — provided the claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear, unedited unboxing video as supporting proof.

Kindly note that claims raised for replacement or refund without a proper unboxing video, after the product has been used, or for change-of-mind reasons will not be processed.

UNBOXING GUIDELINES

1. The video must be recorded as one continuous, unedited clip without pauses or cuts.

2. Record a complete 360-degree view of the sealed parcel to show its condition and verify whether it has been tampered with.

3. Before opening the parcel, clearly show the shipping label and delivery details.

4. Open the parcel completely on camera and clearly show all products, accessories and packaging.

5. Any physical damage, scratches, usage marks, missing items or incorrect products must be clearly shown in the same video.

6. Please also take a clear photograph of the parcel from the top, with the shipping label visible.


HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

To raise a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and clear photographs of the issue.
